I spent years looking successful on the outside while feeling completely disconnected on the inside. I was doing everything right - but my body was stuck in survival mode and functional freeze.

When I finally learned to regulate my nervous system, everything changed. My body felt safe enough to hold what I was building.

Now I help women do the same — through trauma-informed, science-backed nervous system education, somatic micro-practices, and tools you can actually use daily without feeling overwhelmed.
